AGRILAND FS is looking for a proven self-starter who has a passion for agronomy and can build strong business relationships. As a member of our AGRILAND FS Team, this individual will combine their knowledge of agronomy with our products and services to make a direct impact on agronomy inputs across your customers' entire acres, with a focus on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, precision farming, and professional custom application.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor's degree in an agriculture-related field or equivalent experience in the agriculture industry
• Solid understanding and technical knowledge of agronomy
• Sales experience desired, but not required
• Strong business skills, such as ability to collaborate, communication skills, dedicated customer focus, and solid decision-making abilities
• Confidence to offer agronomic solutions to increase a customer's yield and profitability
