WORK DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a Project Manager who is willing to relocate whenever it is requested to assist the
maintenance of fire alarm, fire pumps, and fire sprinkler systems as required by the codes and
standards described at National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), T
this will be only for the annual maintenance of the systems.
POSITION MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum of two (2) years of work experience with the DOS's Bureau of Overseas
Buildings Operations (OBO) projects.
2. Possesses management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
3. Has familiarity with the requirements and procedures needed to produce a quality
project for U.S. Embassies, other U.S. Missions overseas, and DOS's OBO/FIR division.
4. Cleared American possessing an active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance.
TRAVEL SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
At least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to travel, the vendor shall provide relevant security
and travel information to Talon Veteran Services.
At a minimum, the information for each vendor personnel shall include the following:
• Full name.
• Date of birth.
• Place of birth.
• Full Social Security number.
• Dates of visit.
• Level of U.S. Government security clearance.
• Flight itinerary.
• Whether meet and assist at the airport is required.
