Stewart Painting is currently hiring for a full-time Salesperson - Estimator to provide estimations and make sales for our company in the Hyannis, MA area. This full-time estimating and sales position earns Base + Commission - 1st-year target sales compensation $125,000 - No Cap on Commissions!

In this Salesperson - Estimator role you are essential to the growth and profitability for our company. We rely on you to learn and develop in knowledge and expertise. If you are new to the industry, you are self-motivated, teachable, and desire to learn. We pride ourselves in being able to turn out great sales and salespeople while ensuring our customers are satisfied. Your motivated and personable demeanor permeates all you do. You enjoy communicating with clients, finding leads, and providing accurate estimations. When needed, you appropriately handle any concerns or issues that may arise, and you are open to adapting to whatever may come your way! Industry knowledge or a college degree is a plus, but we are willing and have successfully trained the right candidate in under 4 weeks' time!

However, the right candidate must possess the following sales capabilities:

You use a consultative sales approach, have good listening and questioning skills, superior relationship-building skills, are well organized, sell value, and use CRM software. Having excellent written and presentation skills is paramount.
