Paid Summer Internships FL

We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures and focus on learning how our organization runs. We want more for you than from you and want you to succeed. This program will give you the tools to excel in your career in commercial and industrial concrete construction.

Program Highlights: After your on-boarding at our corporate office in Florida, you will join your local region and become part of that team, working closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents.

Splitting your time between the field and the office, you will experience:

• Daily planning and organization of manpower
• Managing quality control
• Panel casting and erection
• Project setup with buying and logistics
• Cost control and budgets
• Change orders
• Estimating and Bidding
• Plan reading and Take Off
• Vendor and Supplier relations

At the end of the program, you will travel back to Florida to wrap up the summer.
