Utility Operator - Plant 2 (C Shift)

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
The following lists the principle activities associated with the position of Utility Operator.
Cleaning of industrial equipment as required
Be able to operate the mobile equipment listed below
Load / unload forming mold plates
Support forming and raw material operations as needed
Perform janitorial tasks as needed

EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:
Forklift
Floor Scrubber
Street Sweeper
JLG / Loader

SAFETY:
Understand and follow all safety procedures
o Current on all safety trainings
o Wears all required PPE when necessary (steel toe boots, safety glasses, ear plugs)
Understand Lock Out Tag Out procedures for assigned areas.
Complete General Plant Safety Training within the first 8 weeks.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of times while operating a shovel or jack hammer.
