Shipping Associate

The EZ Concept Shipping Associate or Packer Palletizer will prepare doors, frames, and any parts for safe and effective shipment. This will be done by wrapping, crating, and boxing the items as needed.  This position works during first shift which runs from 7 AM - 3 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Accountabilities and Required Skills:

 

• Strong Attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly with minimal error.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills to assist in packing and preparing pallets for shipment to achieve optimal efficiencies and cost savings
• Basic Math Skills to include the ability to read a ruler.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence & memos.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Willingness and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Schedule shipments (Parcel & LTL)
• Prepare and/or sign off on shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, etc.)
