Personal Training Manager

Core Job Responsibilities

Make reaching fitness goals achievable (and fun!) by assisting members and clients with education and guidance on comprehensive fitness programs including:

• 
  Maintaining a fully engaged fitness team that aligns with company values & goals.
• Ensuring that all club members have access to a highly trained and professional fitness staff.
• Meeting and/or exceeding minimum monthly revenue targets including total revenue & client retention.
• Strategizing ways to engage & serve the member base by driving awareness around the exceptional personal training services we offer.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Personal Training experience is preferred but not required.
• Certifications/Credentials:
  • NCCA Accredited Personal Trainer Certification (Required within 60 Days of Employment).
  • B.S. in Exercise Science/Kinesiology preferred.
  • Current CPR/AED.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to demonstrate or explain proper physical fitness activities, techniques, and procedures. Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds.
