Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Mikki Watson State Farm is currently seeking a dynamic Producer who can effectively identify and seize opportunities to build strong and lasting customer relationships. In the role of Insurance Account Representative, your expertise in insurance products and industry trends will enable you to directly engage with clients, understand their requirements, and promote products or services that offer maximum value. Additionally, you will play a role in devising strategies and setting targets for our agency's growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license
