Sales BDC

Job Summary:

Dutch Miller of Wytheville is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales BDC to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our dealership. The Sales BDC will be responsible for managing and converting leads through effective communication and customer service skills. This is a full-time, individual contributor role offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and internet inquiries
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and interests
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
- Maintain customer contact and follow-up after initial inquiries
- Utilize lead management software and other tools to track and manage leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads are properly and effectively managed
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for lead conversion and retention
- Develop and maintain product knowledge in order to effectively communicate with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to all potential and current customers

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
- Knowledge of the automotive industry preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with lead management software
- Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
