Ohio Dominican University's Division of Mathematics, Computer and Natural Sciences seeks a Visiting or tenure-track Assistant Professor of Biology for a position beginning in August 2024. The Natural Science Department offers undergraduate programs in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, and Exercise Science.

The qualified candidate will be working toward or possess a Ph.D. in a Biology-related field, and demonstrate excellence in teaching and potential for scholarship. The successful candidate will have primary responsibilities teaching undergraduate courses and facilitating associated labs in introductory biology, genetics, and microbiology. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a student research program; development of upper-level courses to support the program; advising; and service to the department and related program areas, the division, the university, and the community.
