We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team in Bryan, TX. This critical role involves providing exceptional delivery service to our customers with a strong focus on attention to detail, timeliness, and professionalism. We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual who is highly motivated and a team player, possessing excellent interpersonal communication skills and a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the sales team to gather daily trucking demands and promptly notify them of any issues or concerns that may arise during the day.
• Ensure drivers receive accurate addresses and delivery instructions, while also coordinating with truck owners/operators to provide necessary updates or re-tasking requests.
• Monitor job progress to ensure timely fulfillment of customer demands while prioritizing safety and efficiency, and proactively communicate with customers in the event of any delays or late deliveries.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Prefer 2 years of dispatch experience, but not required.
• The company will train the right candidate.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Must be computer literate and have strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations.
• Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Must be accessible by phone and email after hours
