Customer Service

Job Overview:

A Customer Service Clerk may be the first and only point of contact a customer may have. This job requires friendly, caring and accurate service. General job functions include using the point of sale system (cash register) to ring up customer sales, providing general answers and direction for products and services that the pharmacy offers and making sure the store is neat and orderly.

Immediate opening for:

-Full-Time Customer Service (30-40 hrs/wk) offering medical, 401k, PTO and many other benefits

-Part-Time Customer Service (15-30 hrs/wk)

-Wage dependent on experience and qualification

Requirements:

• Retail experience preferred, not required
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a busy retail environment required
• Friendly and helpful personality and team attitude a must
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Be able to read, write and speak English well
• Be able to stand and work steadily for long periods of time and have full range of bodily motion
