HVAC Operations Manager

Looking for a leadership role in the HVAC industry? Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Kokomo, IN is seeking a skilled HVAC Operations Manager to lead our team of technicians, manage sales and inventory, and play a vital role in our growing company. This is a full-time role with stable hours typically Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 4:30 pm.

YOUR DAY

As an HVAC Operations Manager, your day is a dynamic mix! It starts with a peek at the service schedule to ensure our skilled technicians are set up for a productive day. A quick team meeting gets everyone on the same page, discussing any concerns or special tasks. Once our team hits the road, you're the guardian of excellence. You keep tabs on their progress, making sure every job meets our high standards and customer concerns vanish into thin air.

You're also our sales and inventory guru. You team up with the sales crew to craft spot-on quotes and explore avenues to grow our business. Inventory? You've got it covered, ensuring our team has the gear they need for swift, top-quality work.

All day long, you're the superhero of customer service, handling inquiries, calls, and emails with a smile. Being our department manager means your joy comes from delivering top-notch service to our customers and leading an exceptional team!

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This role offers competitive compensation, with earnings ranging from $65,000 to $70,000 per year, plus financial incentives. Our generous benefits package includes:

• 2 weeks of vacation after just 90 days (pro-rated)

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in the heating and cooling industry
