Student Support and Cafeteria Aide at Founders' Campus Upper Elementary 4-6

Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.-12:45 p.m.

Reporting To: Upper Elementary 4-6 Principal

Start Date: August 14, 2024


Job Responsibilities


Student Support Aide: 8:00-11:00 a.m.

  • Assist student support services in overseeing students in classes and in test and homework completion
  • Create and implement student accommodation plans within curriculum domains
  • Establish positive rapport with students and staff
  • Engage as a member of a collaborative team to promote student learning
  • Other duties as assigned

Cafeteria Aide: 11:00 a.m.-12:45 p.m.

  • Supervise Grade 4-6 students during their lunch period.
  • Ensure that students are following rules and procedures
  • Communicate with teachers and parents when issues arise


Qualifications

  • 4 Year College Degree or working toward one
  • ODE Educational Aide Permit
  • Experience working with children
  • Friendly and flexible demeanor
  • Ability to hold students accountable to CHCA standards of behavior
  • Comfortable working in a multi-denominational Christian community
  • Able to integrate faith and learning
