Job Description

This is a field-based position leading Crew Leaders, Job Leaders and Painters. The mission is to exceed our customers' expectations every step of the way during their business or home improvement project, while supporting the growth of each individual employee along the way.

Field Supervisor Expectations:

Duties:

• Manage assigned team of crew leaders, job leaders and painters.
• Owns communication with each customer.
• Conducts team meetings.
• Oversees training of new employees following company training plans
• Owns the productivity, quality and safety of each job site.
• Manages team assessments and reviews.
• Sells additional work orders.
• Collaborates with estimators.
• Interviews qualified candidates
• Manages revenue goals.
• Manages equipment, tools and vehicle fleet.
• Performs job site visits; set up, progress assessments and final walk throughs.
• Manages and maintains records of each job, progress and invoicing.
• Communicates daily with crew leaders and job leaders.
• Scheduling of team/job assignments
• Ensures each job site has the proper materials/equipment on hand.
• Champions the brand at all times
