We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Life Agent. As a Life Agent, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on life insurance products and helping them make informed decisions to protect their financial futures. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify their insurance needs, and tailor solutions to meet those needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of life insurance products, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis with clients to understand their financial goals and insurance needs.
• Educate clients on different types of life insurance policies and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Customize insurance solutions to match the individual needs of each client.
• Assist clients with the application process and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Active Life Insurance License [Specify state(s)].
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
