quick lube technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full Time skilled and reliable Quick Lube Technician to work 4-5days per week to join our team at Roger Dean Chevrolet in Cape Coral, Florida.  As a Quick Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes and quick maintenance services on customer vehicles. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills and a passion for the automotive industry.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $15 to $18 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer benefits such as employee discounts on vehicles and services, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and other quick maintenance services on customer vehicles
- Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs
- Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to efficiently complete services
- Keep work area clean and organized to meet dealership standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and other team members
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Attend trainings and meetings as required

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in oil changes and quick maintenance services
- Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible days, 3-5 days per week.  9 hour days
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
