Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management: Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to the sales team. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Strategic Planning and Decision-Making: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives. Make informed and strategic decisions to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Account Acquisition and Relationship Building: Focus on cultivating relationships with key accounts and clients. Provide guidance on effective account acquisition strategies and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Training Program Development Design and implement training programs for sales team members, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Offer coaching and support to team members as needed to improve their performance.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key sales trends and outcomes.
Experience:
- Experience in Medical Sales, specializing in Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) companies in the USA. Primarily focused on the sale of metal components and medical disposables.
- Sales Experience: A proven track record of success in sales roles, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a sales or related field.
- Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
- Team Management: Experience in managing and leading a sales team, including setting goals, performance evaluation, and mentorship.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Experience in creating and managing sales budgets, as well as forecasting sales targets.
- CRM System Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions.
