Client Service Front Desk Asst Manager -Yoga Studio/Spa/Tea Bar

Part-Time Hours - Must be available to work some weekend hours.  

Typical hours - 8:30am - 2:00pm

or

2:00pm - 6:00pm 

$18/hr PLUS commissions, tips and bonuses.

STUDIO OVERVIEW - Serasana means "To be Healthy", and our mission is to create a community of hope and healing. Serasana Littleton is a Wellness Center that fuses ancient wellness practices, specializing in stress and pain management, by encouraging regular use of acupuncture, yoga, massage, healing tea and remedies. We are looking for a part time Client Service Team Member. Our environment is unique--we have a beautiful tea bar and a thoughtful retail selection that supports our clients on their wellness journey. We have seven treatment rooms with additional space to offer group acupuncture several days per week. 

General

Greet clients upon arrival, answer phones, schedule appointments, answer questions, check out clients, sell retail, marketing, sales, merchandising, purchasing, accepting shipments, inventory control, money transactions and adhere to all regulations set forth by Health Department, and more...

Tea Bar Related

Brew Teas, make smoothies at the tea bar. Make suggestions to clients who need guidance as to what drink to order based on tastes. 

Yoga Related

Greet clients arriving for class, answer questions, guide them to the proper location, explain payment options, sell packages, sell retail, explain yoga styles, register class sign-in sheet, collect payments, call those who owe for class, organize substitute instructors, and cleaning the studio, and more....

Acupuncture/Massage Related

Ensure clients are taken back on time, assist therapists, change linens in rooms if needed, keep therapy rooms stocked, answer client questions about services, sell retail, sell memberships, laundry, assist with cleaning as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic Math skills, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Social Media Skills including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and more
• Basic knowledge of yoga, acupuncture, massage and tea
• Comfortable conversing with strangers
• Retail Sales competence
