As a Part-Time Office Assistant at Bailey Collaborative Solutions, LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative operations. You will assist in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment and contribute to the success of our government contracting projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the government contracting industry while providing valuable support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

Filing and Data Management: Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for documents, contracts, and other paperwork. Assist in data entry and management tasks.

Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.

Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and other documents as needed, including formatting, proofreading, and editing.

Client and Vendor Communication: Assist in communicating with clients and vendors, providing them with necessary information and documentation.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and receipts for financial reporting purposes.

Support Team Projects: Collaborate with other team members on special projects and tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required.

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Reliable and punctual.
