ARE YOU THE HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR OUR TEAM NEEDS?

• 3+ years of prior sales experience in a residential, home-services, or customer-facing sales environment
• Competitive, ambitious, and eager attitude to achieve sales goals and commission targets
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Hearn's sales process and environment
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO YOU PROVIDE?

As our HVAC Comfort Advisor, your typical schedule involves working 4-7 sales opportunities per week as part-time and 10-12 sales opportunities each week as full-time, by reaching out to potential clients. Most of your time will be spent in the field, meeting clients, understanding their HVAC needs, and offering suitable solutions to meet their requirements and budget. You'll utilize our sales/service software for accurate record-keeping and data management while building strong customer relationships.
