The Rehab Nurse Liaison coordinates admissions for the Rehab Unit. They will serve as a liaison between the Rehab unit and primary care physicians, health care providers and families. They will assist the Nurse Manager with strategic planning to include assistance with creating strategic plan and its implementation.
