COMPENSATION: $20.00/hr to $28.00/hr depending on experience

HOURS: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with some overtime required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task proficiently and work independently
  • Well-organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Experience with computerized inventory and a basic understanding of inventory controls
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to research using city and county websites
  • Previous experience in logistics/coordination is desirable
  • Working knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office Software

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage back-end project needs, ensuring all necessary logistics are in place for successful project completion
  • Ensure compliance with City and County requirements
  • Schedule necessary subcontractors and inspections
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records
  • Coordinate equipment purchases, rentals, and subcontractor schedules with a five-day lead time
  • Process extended warranties, customer rebates, and special orders
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding returns, warranty, delivery, etc
  • Complete and process paperwork for purchasing, receiving, and accounting
  • Schedule and register all appropriate inspections
  • Keep Managers and Coordinators informed about equipment delays
  • Assist team members with order status inquiries and special customer needs
  • Oversee and participate in quarterly inventory counts
  • Provide backup support to the service department
  • Attend office/safety meetings
  • Handle necessary backup on phones
