THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you'll enjoy a diverse and fulfilling workday, overseeing the maintenance department, managing scheduled work, and maintaining inventory levels efficiently. Collaborating with personnel from all departments, you'll ensure their parts, materials, supplies, and service requirements are met. With meticulous attention to detail, you'll schedule and monitor preventive maintenance programs and manage equipment inventory.

In addition to establishing strong vendor relationships, you'll also identify alternate suppliers to secure better pricing, availability, and technology. Generating weekly reports and communicating with vendors and clients will be part of your routine. Processing work orders, assisting with audits, and resolving discrepancies will be vital contributions to our continued success!

OUR IDEAL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

We're looking for applicants who can meet the following qualifications:

• Heavy to light industrial maintenance work and planning experience
• Experience collaborating with team members
• Knowledge and experience with implementing preventative maintenance best practices and procedures
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn our centralized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to complete physical tasks such as crouching, climbing ladders, and moving 25 lbs.

Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience would be preferred.
