Job Title: HVAC Technician / Installer / Helper (Full Time)

Location: San Diego, California

Salary Range: $20 - $30 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical and mechanical components
• Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and changing filters
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and within specified timeframes
• Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and on-call as needed
