Advantage Home Health Services is searching for an RN Administrator to lead the clinical operations at our Columbus, Ohio sister company located in Reynoldsburg, Compass Healthcare. This critical position combines expert knowledge in home health care with superior leadership capabilities, ensuring our patients receive unparalleled care daily.


Your Role and Responsibilities

 

As our RN Director of Nursing, you will:

  • Lead and oversee our clinical operations with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of care.
  • Apply your comprehensive knowledge of Home Health regulations, PDGM, Value Based Purchasing, OASIS and care planning.
  • Engage with staff and clients daily, creating a supportive and compassionate environment.
  • Utilize exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage and motivate  staff, enhancing productivity and team spirit.
  • Exhibit leadership by example, encouraging your team to excel and achieve their best.
  • Oversee day to day clinical operations.
