Position Purpose & Summary

Reporting to Director of Housekeeping, The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining all public and employee areas by ensuring that they are clean, sanitized, and stocked accordingly. This positions also ensures that the public spaces are in excellent condition for our members and guests.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintains all employee and guest restrooms by cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking as needed.
  • Maintains proper levels of towels or hand towels in the fitness area, locker rooms, and restrooms.
  • Dusts all public area fixtures, art, and furniture.
  • Ensures proper levels of towels at all pool facilities.
  • Uses electrostatic fogger to sanitize all public spaces and sanitizes all public areas by following proper protocols.
  • Sanitizes public areas including the Pool, Gym, Kissing Camels, Spa, and Wellness center and restocks supplies as needed.
  • Vacuums all hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
  • Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and empties trash from restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and public areas.
  • Maintains proper levels of mouth wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and other amenities in the locker rooms.
  • Communicates needs to supervisor
  • Offers all assistance possible to guests.
  • May perform other housekeeping duties as required.
  • Deliver "I Am Proud" service standards and department-specific signature touch points.
  • Establish cross-departmental channels of communication among teammates that are consistent and complete.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

Environmental Factors:

Environmental factors may include indoor and outdoor settings with overhead lighting and outdoor lighting. Significant portions (more than 80%) of daily assignments involve standing, bending, walking, reaching, pushing, pulling and application of manual skills requiring motor coordination in combination with finger dexterity, e.g., cleaning with brushes, rags, vacuum, mop and other machine operations. May occasionally be called upon to work in all areas of the property, both inside and outside, possibly in inclement weather.
