Accounts Payable Clerk - Springfield, OH

Job Summary:

As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will responsible for processing and reconciling invoices, updating and maintaining vendor information, and ensuring all payments are made accurately and on time. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process invoices for payment.
  • Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor files and ensure all information is up to date.
  • Process employee expense reports.
  • Prepare and process bi-weekly check run.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with audits as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
