Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated, seasoned professional interested in creating a welcoming loving classroom environment for children age 3 months - 5 yrs.old.
Our classes are designed for teachers to co-lead. Lesson planning and classroom responsibilities are shared between co-teachers. This allows for better consistency in the implementation of the curriculum as well as a supportive collaborative environment for our staff. Teachers are encouraged to use their experience, education, and creativity to create a hands on play based curriculum for their students.

We are looking for fun and energetic Teachers for our new location at 8020 Village Crest Dr, Ellicott City 21043, MD
Duties of Lead Teachers include:
- Meeting the individual needs of the children
- Lesson Planning
- Communication with parents
- Participation in staff and training meetings
- Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
- Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level.
- Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills.

Job Requirements
Teacher Qualifications:
- Professional & Kind Attitude
- 1 Year prior classroom experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Strong written and communication skills
- Lead teacher requirements as outlined by the Maryland Department of Education
- Preferred: CDA, associate degree, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree
Must have a minimum of 90 hour certification (45 hour child growth and development plus 45 hour Infant/ Toddler /Preschool certification) or a degree in ECE (Early Childhood Education).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
