The Position: We are looking for a candidate who will be performing the role of a Program Analyst, directly supporting AM Pierce leadership and back-office teams.

The Location: California, MD / Huntsville, AL

The Work Environment: Hybrid

The Description:

The primary focus of this position will be to support the internal leadership team in a variety of business activities including the development of strategic plans, program management documentation, schedules, contract deliverables, technical documentation, and graphics.

The program analyst will be responsible for:

• Maintaining Program Management documentation.
• Facilitating internal program management reviews.
• Developing internal documentation, presentations, schedules etc.
• Managing contract deliverables.
• Reviewing contract deliverables for content, format, accuracy etc.
• Supporting leadership team in overall contract management (budgets, schedules, documentation etc.)

The successful candidate must be a motivated self-starter, self-directed, and detail oriented. He/she must demonstrate practical experience in program management, technical writing, and graphics.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree.
• At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in program management support.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of documentation and graphics tools.
• Experience developing / maintaining marketing / branding materials.
• Experience managing / supervising small teams / contracts.

Travel:

• On some occasions, the employee may be required to drive to offices or buildings near the work site. In rare occasions, travel may be required.
