Production Supervisor - Full-time

Closets by Design is a well-established custom closet and home organization company. We are currently in the process of adding to our management team with an Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate must be an enthusiastic, hands-on leader who enjoys hiring and developing talent while leading the team to achieve daily goals.

Job Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the production process. Responsibilities include leading employees on the production floor, scheduling daily production goals, interacting with internal departments daily. Production Supervisor must place high emphasis on achieving goals in a safe, clean environment.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment and direct supervisory experience over at least 10 direct reports. Experience in home improvement trades, kitchen/bathroom production or other closet/cabinet experience is ideal.
• Must be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement from prior work experience.
• Leadership skills with track record of managing and developing others.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization.
• Strong communication skills.
