Job Description
This person will report to the Customer Service Supervisor.
They will be a vital part in connecting with customers for many different reasons and must work with high attention to detail.
Facilitate smooth customer communication (customers, inside/outside staff, and corporate).
Answer phones(10-15 daily) and handle emails (30-40 daily).
Enter Purchase Orders into the system with accuracy.
Assist with any requests for quotes by customers or sales representatives.
Prompt response and follow up on orders and order status, quote requests, accounting issues, return processing.
Perform basic data entry tasks for customers and prospects, including updating customer
records and documentation.
Handle any additional administrative tasks provided by management team.
Become familiar with basic information on the products and services we provide.
