In Person Customer Service Representative - Part-time

Job Description:

• Monitor 50 inbound calls/day from people throughout New Mexico needing assistance with special enrollment period
• Answer any customer questions regarding Medicaid application, password reset, insurance, ID cards, or billing questions
• Confirm all personal information matches the application

Job Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent customer service experience (within the last 2 years)
• Bilingual in Spanish & English preferred
• Must be okay with working in-office and schedule

Start Date: April 29th

Location: Downtown Albuquerque

Hours of Operation: M-F 7:30am-6pm (40 hours/week - schedule restrictions may be accommodated)

Contract: 5-6 months depending on business needs, potential to get extended or brought on permanent based off performance
