Your Role

Support OUTFRONT's Interactive Services team with analytical and forecasting initiatives for the Marketing organization. The intern will work closely with the broader marketing team to analyze and interpret data, identify trends and insights, and support the development and implementation of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will blend strong quantitative skills with a keen business analytics sense and exhibit strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Analytics team on their Precision Marketing Initiatives
  • Analyze and interpret large data sets to support marketing decision-making
  • Work closely with the teams to improve existing reporting; design and measure A/B tests and create data-driven insights to optimize business performance and listener outcomes continuously
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to align reporting and prepare cross-functional data & assist in the preparation of weekly and quarterly presentations
  • Review data and perform ad hoc analysis to answer questions from marketers and marketing leaders with a focus on providing insights for decision-making
  • Build and improve automated and ad-hoc data visualizations and dashboards with Excel/Google's Lookr Studio & PowerBI
  • Help organize and maintain PMI reporting on SharePoint for digital marketing campaign reports on Google Ads, Bing, Display, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Email
  • Create reports to highlight performance of ongoing digital marketing campaigns comparing campaign KPIs to historical data as well as industry benchmarks across all PMI marketing channels
Qualifications:
  • Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn about marketing analytics
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with other staff
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to pay attention to details and be organized
  • Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Analytics)
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python

The salary range for this role is $18/per hour. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
