Staffmark is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work for our manufacturing client in Lynchburg, VA. You will perform administrative and office support activities for multiple managers and departments. Pay: $18 per hour
1st Shift Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday (4-day work week!)
Essential Functions:
- Data entry tasks.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and purchasing functions.
- Accurately enter purchase orders.
- Miscellaneous office tasks (filing, scanning, etc.).
