Responsibilities/Duties

1. Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting.
2. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to program CNC machines accordingly.
3. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
4. Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines and perform minor repairs as needed.
5. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make adjustments to machine settings as required.
6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
7. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
8. Document production activities, including machine settings, output quantities, and any issues encountered.

 

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
3. Ability to perform machine setups, tool changes, and troubleshooting independently.
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
6. Physical stamina and dexterity to handle repetitive tasks and operate machinery safely.
