OR RN needed; Start date is 3 weeks from offer; 13 week assignment w possible extension; 4x10hr Days; Minimal to no RTO (must be included on submission)
Required Certifications: BLS; ACLS preferred
Required Skills: Circulate
Minimum 2 years recent OR experience required; Previous travel experience required; Scrubs provided; EMR is SIS
A copy of the Drivers License & update Nurseys MUST be included in the submission for verification of residence to determine if travel or local rate will apply: (local rate applies for residence living within 31-50 miles of facility. (locals will be accepted at local rate) Travelers living less than 30 miles from the facility are not accepted. Shift Info: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00)
