Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in South Carolina. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and support to clients, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment strategies as needed.
  • Provide parent training and support to promote generalization of skills in natural environments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
