Job Duties:
Invoices
•Revise marked‐up dra invoices before finalizing them
•Compiling of expense backup for finalized invoices
•Distribute invoices to clients
Accounts Payable
•Organize AP mailbox and compile sub invoices and for entry
•Vendor invoice entry into ERP
•Mail weekly check runs
•Credit card reconciliation
Accounts Receivable
•Follow‐up on outstanding invoices
•Compile weekly checks, create weekly check report
Other Duties
• Business Licenses (filling out renewal forms, calculating amounts due, updating tracking spreadsheet) • Backup phoneAccount Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, Accounting cycle
