Customer Service Rep in Blue Ridge, GA

Responsibilities

Join us in making a positive impact on individuals' lives. M-F 8:30am to 5pm at $14-15/hour DOE.
Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound/outbound calls throughout the day as well as face to face conversations with walk-in patients.
• Address customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) and provide accurate and timely assistance.
• Delivering medical equipment to hospital rooms when a daily upon request.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the database.
• Teach/demonstrate medical equipment assembly and use to patients on an as needed basis.
