Healthcare Call Center Representative
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Healthcare Call Center Representative to fill an opening with a growing Healthcare Network in The Villages, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for Healthcare Call Center Representative:
- This role plays a vital role in providing customer service to patients of the Healthcare organization by helping them with questions or concerns related to their care, prescriptions, appointments, etc.
- The rep will assist a high volume of patients daily and contribute to a positive experience as the voice of the organization while connecting patients to other designated medical staff as needed
- Mon-Fri, 2 shift options –
- 8am – 4:30pm OR 8:30am – 5pm
Required Qualifications for Healthcare Call Center Representative:
- High School Diploma
- Customer Service experience with phone support!
- Experienced in using multiple computer software
- Healthcare experience
- Call Center experience
- 1+ Year working with high-volume calls
