Engage in outbound calls to assist customers who have applied for insurance quotes online.
Provide exceptional support to customers seeking insurance quotes via inbound calls.
Employ a thoughtful approach to qualifying questions to understand and address customer needs.
Facilitate connections between callers and suitable insurance providers.
Infuse every interaction with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
Operate within a structured environment to ensure consistency and accuracy.
