We are searching for a data-driven experienced who pays great attention to detail and looking to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be expected to have developed intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have lightning quick and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization? Then this is the Data Entry Specialist position for you. This short-term contract / contract Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Springfield Twp, Ohio area.
How you will make an impact
- Classify information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
- Examine reports and sheets of data
- Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
- Perform searches on websites for information
- Look over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
- Create notes of tasks, files, and progress
- Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several source- Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Demonstrated typing accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Inbound Outbound Calls experience preferred
- Solid understanding of data entry
