Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and compassionate Special Education Teacher to virtually service a grade level caseload within the district. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with students across various grade levels, providing personalized instruction and support to help them achieve their academic goals.

Utilizing your expertise in special education, you will develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), adapt curriculum materials, and collaborate with colleagues and families to ensure the success of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student.
Provide direct instruction and support to students in accordance with their IEP goals and objectives.
Adapt curriculum materials and instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
Utilize technology and digital tools to facilitate remote learning experiences and enhance student engagement.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support the holistic development of students.
Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust instruction as needed to ensure continuous growth and achievement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Valid teaching license/certification in Special Education.
Prior experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and emotional/behavioral disorders.
Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to effectively utilize technology for remote instruction and collaboration.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
