This role is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our finance department, providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, operating/payroll costs, revenue, and marketing programs. Job Details



Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing critical financial insights and strategic support to executive management.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision making related to complex business issues including valuation, profitability, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the budgeting process, including the development of annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Review operating expenses and payroll costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze the financial impact of marketing programs.
  • Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis, and other projects requested by senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, operating/payroll costs, revenue, and marketing programs.
  • General knowledge of SQL and BI development preferred.
  • Experience with Virtual Roster, Kronos, Tableau, Teradata, IGT Table Touch, Bravo Poker preferred but not required.
  • Casino or Gaming industry experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial planning software.
  • Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
