Soliant is a dynamic educational institution mitted to providing high-quality learning experiences for students. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for the remainder of the school year.
Position Overview: As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students' munication and language development. This is a full-time contract position covering the remainder of the school year. The successful candidate will work closely with our speech-language pathologists, educators, and other professionals to create a positive and effective learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists to implement individual and group therapy sessions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of speech and language programs.
- Provide support to students with speech and language disorders in both academic and social settings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to integrate speech and language goals into the overall education plan.
- municate regularly with parents and caregivers to share progress and provide home-based strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
