Job Description
Seeking a knowledgable Assistant Property Manager to join a team in Miami, FL! This APM will be supporting a Property Manager of a commercial property space in Miami!

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for providing full administrative support to the Property Manager including additional job functions below:

Phone support, data entry, reports, filing and distribution of correspondence.
Coordinating the ordering of office supplies.
Assist in lease administration activities including abstracting leases and keeping the database current.
Prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts.
Obtain aging reports for management and follow up on all delinquencies.
Ensure invoices are processed in accounting.
Coordinate tenant move ins and move outs, including furniture delivery and pick up.
Oversee maintenance of work order and purchase order systems.
Ensure certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors are up to date.
Responsible for leading regular inspections of properties as directed by manager.
Participate in performance oversight of all service contractors who perform contract services.
Any other special job tasks as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in real estate property management (residential or commercial)
Proficiency within MS Office Suite
Strong communcation skills, both verbal and written
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
100% onsite in Miami, FL 33156
M-F Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Pay: $50- 60k annually (based on experience)
