Are you an experienced Superintendent looking for a dynamic, challenging role that will allow you to utilize your skills and knowledge to their fullest potential? We are a leading player in the construction industry and are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Construction Superintendent. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including underground construction, utility installation, and water/wastewater treatment construction. You will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising all aspects of civil construction projects, including underground construction and utility installation.
2. Overseeing the construction of water/wastewater treatment facilities, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with blueprints and specifications.
3. Utilizing Procore software to manage project information and documentation.
4. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
5. Inspecting work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adherence to construction schedules.
6. Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
7. Managing and maintaining mechanical pump systems.
8. Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that may arise during the construction process.
9. Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience within civil construction, underground construction, utility installation, blueprint reading, mechanical pump systems, and water/wastewater treatment construction.
3. A solid understanding of civil construction methods, processes, and standards.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. A strong commitment to health and safety standards.
9. The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
10. Proficiency in using computer software and technology for project management (Procore experience is highly preferred).
11. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
