CTMS is looking for an entry level Project Coordinator to provide internal support to the Project Manager. Project Coordinator candidates should have technical skills, excellent customer service skills, and be passionate about technology. 

The salary range for this position is $45,000-$55,000; commensurate with experience.

Essential Duties of the Project Coordinator include:

  • Contacting, scheduling, and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Educate clients on the  security tools they will be utlizing.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop project plans, timelines and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation; including project plans, meeting minutes and status reports.
  • Participate in post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Project Coordinator Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizatonal skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a pfast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall, etc...) is preferred.
  • Certification in project management (i.e. PMP, CAPM), is a plus. 

Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, and/or have a valid permit to work in the United States.

 
 


Compensation details: 45000-55000 Yearly Salary
