Our client, industrial services company is seeking a technical support specialist to join their team. As a technical support specialist, you will be part of the IT department supporting field staff. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, work well in a team and strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Savannah
Pay Range: $24-$30 per hour
What’s the Job?
- Assist with variety of projects
- Install and implement hardware, software or systems
- Support user access to remote systems
- Troubleshoot all technical issues for end users including
- Assist help desk team when necessary
What’s Needed?
- Help desk experience
- Strong knowledge of mobile devices and equipment
- Ability to upgrade computer hardware and software
- 3-5 years of systems administration/networking experience
- IOS and Windows expertise preferred
